Cozy Pants

Hello,

J’ai réalisé que je n’avais pas encore présenté de pantalon/short ici!
Je suis toujours un peu impressionnée par les pantalons. C’est vraiment le truc qui me fait un peu peur. Mais je me suis lancé et je suis assez contente du résultat.
Je dois dire qu’en même temps, je n’ai pas pris trop de risques : un pantacourt confortable pour les dimanches à la maison ou les après-midi au parc.
Je voulais faire à la base un pantalon un peu plus long… Mais à cause de ma maladresse, j’ai déchiré le tissu sur le bas…C’est donc devenu plus court!
Le tissu vient d’un Kimono assez moderne (et en coton) que j’ai décousu. Je le trouvais très original et il m’a tapé dans l’oeil. Il me reste beaucoup de tissu, je réfléchis à ce que je pourrais faire avec 🙂

I am always intimidated by sewing trousers. And I realised that I had not shown any here yet (to be honest there are not many). So I’ve decided to overcome this fear and to sew one trousers. I was not sure about myself so I’ve chosen a very comfy one that can be easily the Sunday-home trousers. Or to go to the park!
I wanted to do a long one, but I made a mistake (made a hole in it…). So it became a short one!
The fabric comes from a fancy Kimono (made of cotton) that I found cheaply in Japan.
I liked the design and didn’t hesitate to buy it. I still have quite a bit left. I wonder what can I do next…

スカートやドレスより、パンツを縫い合うことにはちょっと自信がありません。今まで、作ったパンツをこのブログでまだ紹介したことはありませんね。（本当の理由はあまり作ったことがないだけど。笑）

やっと勇気を出して、パンツを作ろうと思いました。あまり自信がなかったので、簡単で、着心地が良い物を作ることにしました。日本で買ったファンシーな着物柄の布を使って、作りました。模様が本当に好きです。まだ、布がたくさん残っているの、次は何を作ろうかな・・・
