Le pantalon Jacques.

Comme évoqué dans l’article précédent, je viens vous montrer le pantalon Jacques.
Après l’échec et la frustration du short, je me devais de faire un pantalon qui m’aille et que j’aime porter. Il y a longtemps que je voulais faire le pantalon Jacques et comme l’automne commence doucement à arriver (enfin!) à Hong-Kong, je me suis dit qu’il était temps de m’y attaquer.
Il a fallu deux toiles et quelques ajustements pour arriver au résultat désiré.
J’ai choisi de faire la taille 38, celle qui correspondait à mes mesures. Or, le pantalon était très serré et je pouvais difficilement m’asseoir.
J’ai lu après sur le blog que le pantalon taillé petit et qu’il fallait viser la taille au-dessus… Je suis donc passée sur une toile de taille 40 et j’ai fait quelques modifications: En effet, je suis fine du dos et la taille 38 était déjà un tout petit peu trop grande, alors que j’ai un peu de ventre  (avouons le!) et qu’il m’était difficile de fermer le pantalon.
J’ai donc modifié le patron pour une taille plus grande sur le devant et plus petite au niveau du dos (=petit 38). J’ai également allongé le pantalon qui était vraiment trop petit pour mes grandes jambes.
Je n’ai pas bien fait la poche passepoilée, un des côtés est un peu bizarre… De plus, les boutons sont mal placés ahah! Je ferais mieux la prochaine fois 😉

J’ai un peu loupé sur la position des boutons : celui du milieu, n’est pas très au milieu XD!              I made a mistake on the position of the button hole… what can I do now? XD

 

As I said in the previous post, I came back to show you my Jacques trousers.
After, the failed and the frustration to not get the fit right of my shorts, I wanted badly to make a pair of trousers which fit me well and that I am happy to wear.
I’ve been wanting to make these pants for a long time and because autumn is finally here in Hong Kong, it was the time to make it.
I needed to make two muslins to get the fit right. For my first attempt, I made the french size 38, which was my size according the measurement, but it was way too small. So, I’ve made a second muslin one size up with some modifications: I have quite a belly (couldn’t close the pants), however my back is really thin. So I’ve modified the back waist to be a little size 38 and the front to be a size 40. I’ve also lengthened the pants.
My welt pocket has a funny shape on one side and my buttons are not well placed… Well, I will do better, the next time. 😉

失敗になったパターン作りのあと、絶対好きなズボンを出来上がりたかったです。
今度、Jacquesというフランスのパターンを使いました。
正しいサイズをできるように、二つのモスリンを作りました。まずは38サイズをできたが、小さすぎ。40サイズを作てきたが、以下変更をした:
（１）ウエストのところで、お腹がちょっと大きいんだけど、後ろは遅いです。それは調整をした。
（２）背が高いので、たっぷり着丈を長くした。

やっと、好きなズボンができましたよ！
